Working mainly to the instruction of Estate Managers, we deal with:

• Inspection and reporting on defects as become apparent from time to time, including making properly considered recommendations.
• Preparation of maintenance plans usually relating to external parts, structure, common services and internal common parts.
• Specification and supervision of maintenance work, such as repairs and decorations
